- How do I place an order?

2 methods are possible:

1 - Add the item desired to your shopping cart (Icon top right), then proceed to the checkout using your credit card, bank wire (instructions will be given once the order is submitted) or paying upon delivery.

2 - Reach us via e-mail at the following address morocconia@gmail.com or via Instagram @morocconia.

- What payment methods are accepted?

We accept international credit cards through Paypal, wire transfers and cash on delivery.

- How will I know that my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within the next hours. You will also be notified once the package has shipped.

- Can I add/remove/cancel an order once it is submitted?

We process orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, so make sure you reach us before we process the order, because once the order is processed, there are no way to go back.

- What if an item is out of stock?

Unless it is a limited edition, restocks are available to a certain extent.

- Are you offering returns?

We do, but at your expense, the items should be returned in the same state as shipped. The return must be made within 72 hours after reception.
